The majority of our products are delivered digitally (PDF format). Given the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not applicable once a file has been successfully delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction — if there is a genuine issue with your order, we will make it right through our Replacement & Redo Policy. Custom-prepared physical orders are governed by additional terms as outlined below.
You are entitled to request a replacement or corrected version in the following situations:
✅ Upon receiving a valid replacement request, we endeavour to provide the corrected version within 48 hours. Please report issues promptly along with your Order ID and a description of the problem.
The following products are prepared exclusively for each individual student based on their personal academic details (name, enrollment number, programme, subject, and topic). As such, they are subject to stricter terms:

⚠️ Reason for this policy: These materials are custom-made to each student's specific details and have no use beyond that individual order. Once prepared, they cannot be repurposed or resold. Cancellation at this stage results in a complete loss of materials, labour, and associated costs borne by us — therefore, no refund or replacement can be offered for cancellations made after production is complete.
In exceptional cases where a refund is determined to be applicable (e.g., confirmed non-delivery of service), it will be processed as follows:
⚠️ Refunds are issued only in cases where IGNOU Study Store has been unable to deliver the agreed service. In all other qualifying cases, replacement or redo of the material is the preferred resolution.
